Refund policy

Non-defective returns may be accepted only with prior authorization from GSWF USA.

Approved returns are subject to the following conditions:

1. A minimum $150 restocking fee will apply to each approved return.

2. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. GSWF USA will provide a UPS Ground return shipping quote, and the customer will be responsible for the quoted shipping charges.

4. Upon receipt, all returned merchandise will be inspected. If the product has been opened, used, damaged, improperly packaged, or is otherwise not in resalable condition, additional restocking fees may apply based on the condition of the returned product. GSWF USA will communicate any additional charges with the customer before processing the return.

5. GSWF USA reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above requirements.
